Industrial-Organizational Programs
Regardless of whether students want to be researchers or practitioners we believe that they will be best served by obtaining a PhD.
Consequently, our Industrial-Organizational Psychology graduate program has a closely integrated set of requirements for the MA and PhD. Although separate admission is required for these programs, we view them as an integrated whole.
The course load for each year is described for each program. Please see the graduate calendar for a detailed description of the program requirements. Notably, MA and PhD students participate in regular brown bag seminars and consulting project meetings (on alternating weeks).
